Shipping Rates


You will be charged a flat shipping and handling rate for your entire order. Shipping rates are subject to change. At present, there is no shipping charge for subscriptions.

Shipping Policy


Your order will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but in general, your order should be delivered within 5 – 7 business days from the time it is placed.

All delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, as once the packages leave our premises, we rely on the shipping carrier to meet their delivery promise. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. Depending on the time of order, the day of shipment may not be included in the calculated time-in-transit.

Orders are fulfilled through our partner company, Designs for Health, and shipped via Fedex or USPS. We store and handle all of our products as the manufacturer requests so that you have fresh, potent and pure products for your use.

If for some reason a portion of your order is delayed, our policy is to contact you to evaluate your shipping options and requirements. If you have an immediate need for your products, we will ship the ready portion of your order immediately and send the remainder of your order when it is ready. If you are able to wait, we will hold your order and send it together.

Note: It is very important to make sure that you have entered in the correct shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-ship orders free of charge due to incorrect address entered by customer. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If we can catch your order before it ships, we will gladly make the correction.

Out of Stock & Back Orders


In the event that we are out of stock of the product you have ordered, you will receive a shipment directly from the manufacturer. In the event of back orders, we will email you to let you know what the wait time may be or to refund your money.

International Shipments & Alaska/Hawaii Orders


We do not currently ship internationally. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska/Hawaii will require an additional shipping charge, which can be quoted at time of order.

Return Policy


Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is still sealed, unopened, and unexpired, with a restock fee of 10%. Prior authorization is required and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. If products arrive damaged, discolored or tampered with in a suspicious manner, contact us immediately and we will provide return instructions and a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy


If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled. We retain the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock-outs, incorrect pricing, or for any other reason. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue you a credit for the amount of the purchase.

Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy


Certain items are sensitive to higher temperatures/higher humidity levels and may require shipping in a cool environment depending on your location and time of year. For example, we recommend probiotics ship year-round in a cool environment.

We recognize that in most cases, you can logically make that decision on your own, but recommend that if the temperature is above 75 degrees, regardless of US location, you may ask to ship these items in a cool environment with cooler bag and cold paks. These items are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature.

We have these procedures to ensure our customers continue to receive products in good condition. We recommend that Heat Sensitive Products ship out in a cooler bag and be received by customers within 72 hours of order fulfillment. Any products damaged in transit may be returned provided Designs for Health (our partner company) is notified within 24 hours of the time and date that the customer received their order. Heat Sensitive products ordered after 4:00 PM EST Thursday or before 4:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped out Monday. Customers may elect to have their order ship in its entirety on Monday or choose to split their order and have only their heat sensitive products ship on Monday. If the customer elects to split their order, our regular shipping policies will apply with the exception that the value of the combined orders will determine the shipping charge on the “regular” order.

We reserve the right to automatically add chargeable cooler bag(s) to any heat sensitive order, at our discretion, unless customer account is noted otherwise. If a customer chooses not to have Heat Sensitive Products shipped in a cooler bag, the customer must take responsibility for these items and agree that we will not accept a return of the heat sensitive item(s). A “Refused Cooler Bag” note will be entered on the order.
